  • One of our lawyers will sit down with you to explain the process and get the information needed to determine what your options are.  Sometimes there are options other than a bankruptcy that will better address your situation.  Sometimes the type of bankruptcy or the timing of the bankruptcy is important.  
  • We need to gather information regarding your income, your assets, your liabilities.  

  • We will also look at your monthly budget to determine where your income is coming from and what your monthly expenses are.

  • We will seek information about past and future events that could impact your bankruptcy.
